Purchasing Terms and Conditions
• By purchasing goods and services from FreshPressed® and freshpressed.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods and services takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California. By visiting freshpressed.com, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and FreshPressed® or its affiliates. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against FreshPressed® arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in Los Angeles Superior Court, located in Los Angeles County, California and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Sales Tax: FreshPressed® adds applicable California State sales tax in the amount of at least 7.25% to all orders shipped to California. Orders shipped to Los Angeles County are taxed 8.25%. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipped to places other than California. For all international orders, customers are responsible for customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, FreshPressed® cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Pricing: All pricing is in U.S. Dollars.
Shipping Fee: FreshPressed® does charge a shipping fee. All shipping charges will be calculated per order upon checkout.
Gift Certificates: FreshPressed® sells gift certificates. To purchase a gift certificate, simply add a gift message during checkout. To redeem a gift certificate, submit your certificate code.
Refund & Exchange Policies: Unfortunately, no refunds are available for custom goods. We individually inspect each garment or good to make sure it meets our high standards. IN ADDITION, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EDIT YOUR DESIGN FOR FACTUAL, SPELLING, OR GRAMMATICAL ERRORS PRIOR TO PUBLISHING. Once you receive your garment or good, if you find typographical errors or edits you previously overlooked before printing, you may correct and reprint the book at the additional item price.
CHILDREN
• freshpressed.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use freshpressed.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• FreshPressed® disclaims any implied representation or warranty with regard to this site or its contents, including the merchandise offered on this site.
